This Instrument is a one owner guitar that has been well looked after. It's in superb condition! The action is currently sitting at approx 2.35mm on the the bass side and 1.75 mm on the treble side (@12th fret, from top of fret to bottom of string). The saddle is as low as it can go so while the instrument is currently very playable, you will need to factor in a neck reset in a year or two. Original case included.
