How do I find out if you have something in stock or not?

This info is available on every product page, in green or red text - and with an exact number of how many we have. If you can't find the actual product you're looking for, it may not be listed online and in that case, use the contact form below. If you're finding yourself unable to add something to your cart, it's because it is not in stock.

What will the shipping cost be?

Once you place the item/s you want in your shopping cart, you can head to checkout and put in your shipping address to be presented with shipping options. We offer internally discounted shipping costs for any items over $250. Occasionally, you may be presented with a cost that doesn't seem right, and in that case please contact us for a manual review. This will only happen where our system might not have the correct weights or dimensions for the item/s.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Do you buy second-hand gear?

No, we do not offer cash for second-hand items - we either sell on consignment (i.e. on your behalf), or we trade-in towards other gear we have in stock. Please email us if you would like to explore either option, or see us in-store.

 
F.A.Q - NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
We are emailed very regularly asking if we ship to New Zealand. The answer is YES, but..
  • The cost is usually prohibitive. If you're looking at an in stock item, all you need to do is add it to your cart and go to the shipping address section of the checkout where it will quote you based on your address. It is fairly common for a FedEx quote to come back at over $300 for a guitar or similarly large object. If it's a small item, like a guitar pedal - please email us for a quote as we may be able to send via Australia Post at a more reasonable rate that our website isn't equipped to show you this
  • Some brands require us to not sell outside of Australia, in these cases we reserve the right to cancel any applicable orders received
  • In the vast majority of cases, any warranty supplied with our products will be limited to Australia and you would be responsible for any and all freight charges to and from Australia. Please carefully consider this factor when comparing with purchasing locally (if available)
