The Allen & Heath PA12-CP 12-Channel Powered Mixer with Digital Effects is an entire PA rig in a small, rackmountable mixer. Featuring 8 high-grade, dual-stage mic/line inputs, 2 stereo channels, and 1,000 watts of output amplification, the PA12-CP has the power to handle a small to medium-sized venue.
The 8 mic/line channels of the PA12-CP offer flexible tone shaping and routing with a switchable high pass filter, insert point, 4-band parametric EQ, 4 Aux sends, and a pre-fader solo. The 2 stereo channels offer RCA and 1/4" TRS inputs, 2 band shelving EQ, 4 Aux sends, and a pre-fader solo.
The 16 built-in digital effects presets include reverb, delay, echo, chorus, and combinations. A footswitch can mute the effects channel for extra control. The effects may also be turned on, off, or selected using MIDI.
The output stage of the PA12-CP offers flexibility, with 4 different routing options to the amplifier, program inserts, and 4-band semi-parametric EQ. Additional connectivity for monitor mixes, external recorders, and system expansion is plentiful.
